London NorthLondon is a vast city and has so much more to offer than its hugely popular centre. Alternatively, head out of the city and explore the English countryside at your own pace. The North London area offers countless options for a night out. Islington High Street has many trendy bars and chic restaurants. Enfield is renowned for traditional country pubs. Fans of live music should head to Camden Town, where a thriving music scene is played out in dozens of pubs and clubs. The city of London is served by 4 large international airports, with Heathrow to the west and Gatwick to the south being the more popular options. To the north of London you will find the airports of Luton and Stansted, both of which provide mainly European flights with budget airlines. The north London train stations of Euston and Kings Cross form one of the city’s biggest rail interchanges, with connections available to every part of the country. |
